Access layer

It provides a secure and standardised interface between customers’ equipment and the central network.

Interconnection layer

The interconnection layer implements a secure and standardised interface between the interconnection carriers and the central network, providing a single entry and exit point for all signalling.

Routing layer

The routing layer plays a key role in the solution architecture, orchestrating the different layers of the solution.

VAS layer

Decoupling network services from PBX capabilities, the VAS layer provides standardised and hosted value services, such as the private numbering plan.

Where is the solution hosted?

The solution will be deployed in six points of presence (PoP), two in Europe, two in North America, another in South America and one in Asia.

PoPs are distributed as follows: London, Alcalá (Madrid), Miami (two different facilities, Boca Ratón and TIC), Hong Kong and Sao Paulo.

Is there a Customer Portal?

Yes, the portal provides online access to the Central Services. It provides a consistent experience and is easy to use for all of your operations worldwide.

The Customer Portal tool optimises all interactions with the end customer and has the following features:

 

  • Register incidents and review their status.
  • The CCC (Customer Control Center) includes the following modules:
  • Ticket issuing module: an interface with the Customer Operations Centre to issue tickets and monitor their status.
  • User access management (with different levels, from administrator to read only).
  • Service requests.
  • Information on FAQs.
  • Ticket and inventory report.

Are billing reports provided?

Yes, TGS’s SIP Trunk provides two billing tools:

  • TGS CRDs
  • TGS TEM (Telecom Expense Management).

These modules provide access to billing information and invoices online.

Among other features, our billing tools can be used to configure and customise your invoices including the desired concepts so that your customers receive the most accurate information. The data can be analysed by company, country, city, legal entity and specific account and exported in multiple languages and your preferred currency.

Don’t lose track of billing history, sort by category and analyse traffic, calls and details. You will find everything you need in our billing tools integrated in the Customer Control Center.
