The Challenge

As a global leader in insurance services, present in 70 countries, our customer required a secure and reliable international network and to simplify IT provisioning in order to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

As the importance of the digital customer experience increases, the consolidation of IT services across its core markets in Europe and Latin America was key to accelerate and improve employee collaboration across borders and enhance customer engagement.

The Solution

Whilst delivering operational efficiency and cost reduction was crucial, the need for flexibility was also important, with service selection and provisioning executed when and where required.

We connected more than 6,800 employees in 340 offices across six countries in Europe and Latin America, and our comprehensive solution leveraged diverse platforms including WAN, LAN, VoIP and Unified Communications as well as Wi- Fi.

Working with us meant that the customer could simplify the number of vendors it had to manage, whilst achieving standardization and consolidation of its ICT platforms, with its core operations all underpinned by quality of service.
