Telefónica faced in March 2020, like thousands of companies, the unprecedented situation of having its entire workforce confined at home. Being a telecommunications company and in such circumstances, the activity not only remained at the same level, but also increased exponentially.
Customer Projects Office was able to identify critical needs within the group and knowing the distinctive integration value of Telefónica Global Solutions, strong thanks to its global footprint, its experience in negotiating with global suppliers, and taking advantage of the strengths offered by the Customer Projects Office, such as its transversality, its business vision and operational excellence, gave an immediate solution to the problem, turning it into an opportunity for growth and success for the group.
Attending to the concerns and needs of both the company and the employees, we worked on a series of basic characteristics that have become the DNA of the Customer Projects Office: Security, trust, availability and customization of solutions.
