Microsoft Operator Connect allows you to manage your Voice services seamlessly through Microsoft Teams and connect directly and privately, with our SIP Trunk services in just a couple of clicks. In doing so, you’ll be part of our Tier 1 capabilities in SIP Trunk Services provides.

Direct Routing

Maintaining your existing service provider agreements and use on premises/hybrid hardware, Direct Routing lets you make and receive calls through MS Teams by linking the platform to our SIP Trunk.

Direct Routing

Direct Routing connects you linking the platform (Microsoft Teams) to the network through your on-premises PSTN infrastructure.

It allows you to maintain existing service provider agreements and use on premises/hybrid hardware.

Operator Connect

It takes you to Microsoft Teams without the need for any new infrastructure since it uses existing PSTN infrastructure so the connection is purely private.
