Madrid, 24 January 2023.- Digitalization is happening right here, right now. It is affecting all companies, no matter their size or business nature. Digital transformation is increasing the demand among companies for professional services to help them navigate the constant transformation of the network not only in terms of incorporating technologies, but also in terms of sourcing and contracting practices. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the true value of agility for enterprise networks, as companies have had to rapidly change working practices, accelerate digital and cloud transformations, and cope with rapidly changing business circumstances.

In this sense, customers are demanding more from their infrastructures and networks: improved quality, hyper-personalized services, greater agility, higher performance, and analysis of that performance, with a special focus on continuous improvement as well as optimization of network expenses. Our aim is to help companies with validation, integration, installation, and management phases to create more flexible, modular, and virtual networks. Demand is increasing for supporting cloud services, virtualized architectures, service and network management, as well as for business processes and operations transformation required to support the previous activities. In addition, new skills sets are required to support this increasingly complex environment. There is a need to recruit and invest in training to make the transition to new operating models or make use of trusted service partners to expand the skills base.

In summary, with these services, we want to help our customers go through any service transformation journey, service operation optimization, as well as to lead them to a better information exploitation in order to get into a continuous improvement lifecycle and to an optimize use of their business resources.
