Co-management
The objective of this service is to offer co-managed solutions in which TGS actively collaborates with its customers to improve performance and optimise their networks to meet their business needs. All through our Customer Portal. The co-management modality enables end customers and service providers to share the responsibility of managing and operating the SD-WAN network. This shared responsibility is supported by a RACI matrix, designed to clearly define the scope and functions to guarantee fluid communication and optimal work flow. Through this formula, we provide our customers the agility they need to make real-time changes without need to depend on the service provider, in addition to the flexibility for self-managing their SD-WAN services with greater control and visibility of their network.
Reporting
Through TGS’ customer portal (Customer Control Center) we are capable of offering a global report that covers the entire scope of the services contracted by a customer, thereby offering a complete overview of the activity and also providing access to real-time monitoring tools.
