At Telefónica Global Solutions we offer global Internet service in more than 170 countries. The solution can be based on the DIA service solution or on the Broadband service solution, depending on the customer’s needs, in addition to the regulatory coverage. In both cases, it can be covered through our infrastructure and Telefónica’s operational units or via ISP, and through associated global integrators.
In order to obtain a case-by-case view, we recommend you visit our coverage page to define the solution that best meets your needs.
Reports module: this module includes order/change request status reports, incident reports, inventory reports and SLA-based standard service performance reports. It is provided through the customer web portal.
In the case of the Broadband for Enterprises option, performance reports fall outside the standard, and therefore any request must be processed through a special project.
Yes, there is a SOF for the Internet service, but it is not generated directly by the quotation tool.
Our Internet services have the following modalities:
- The Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) service modality: is a fast and reliable Internet access to back up your commercial processes worldwide using our Tier 1 capabilities and other ISP services.
- The Broadband for Business access service modality: is a fast, cheap and very secure Internet access that we adapt to your needs to better meet the demands of your business in a cost-effective way.
The management option is not included in the service standard, due to which a special project must be opened and operational validation is required in order to offer the service.
Service levels include: service level agreements (SLA), with service credits if the committed values are not fulfilled, and service level objectives (SLO) in which the established commitments are only target values, without associated credits.
