EYE is an innovative digital platform that empowers customers to independently manage their services. It offers quick, secure, and user-friendly access to powerfull features. Users gain access to a comprehensive suite of functionalities—from ticket consultation and tracking, generating reports, and leveraging visualisation tools, to seamlessly ordering new services.

Fully integrated with Telefónica Global Solutions systems EYE enables real-time service requests and ticket monitoring. Additionally, customers can communicate directly with the Telefónica operator handling their ticket via internal messaging. All interactions are securely recorded within the ticket history, fostering transparency and streamlined workflows.

Create, track, and resolve tickets for queries, incidents, or service changes.

Dynamic Network Connections:

Contract, oversee, and optimize dynamic network connections.

Self-Management Section:

Enjoy Single Sign-On (SSO) access to external applications, and take advantage of Co-Management services (if contracted).
