Users gain access to a comprehensive suite of functionalities—from ticket consultation and tracking, generating reports, and leveraging visualisation tools, to seamlessly ordering new services.
Fully integrated with Telefónica Global Solutions systems EYE enables real-time service requests and ticket monitoring. Additionally, customers can communicate directly with the Telefónica operator handling their ticket via internal messaging. All interactions are securely recorded within the ticket history, fostering transparency and streamlined workflows.
