EYE, Empower Your Experience, is our digital portal for customers. It is a fully automated digital platform that allows our customers to have total control over the information on their services and operations contracted with Telefónica Global Solutions.
Our EYE portal offers you visibility and autonomy to manage and operate your entire inventory of services, as well as create tickets for any service. It allows tracking to see the status of these tickets in real time and communication through internal ticket messages between the Telefónica Global Solutions operator and the customer.It also provides real-time inventory and status of pending orders. Users can create and self-manage internal users in their company. It allows you to create an unlimited number of users with different types of access to information and different types of permissions to operate.
In EYE you can manage almost all our services: networking, security, voice, etc.Even in networking and voice services we have automated the quotation, purchase and provision e2e.
