Telefónica Global Solutions is now launching with Cloud Connect for Webex Calling, enabling users to add external PSTN calling to Webex on a single global platform by integrating multiple communications capabilities. Our TGS’ full suite of enterprise communications services supports PSTN calling, global termination, DID and emergency services, calling features, fraud protection, etc.
How does it work?
With Cloud Connect, Cisco supports a “Bring Your Own Carrier” model, allowing customers to use any carrier of their choice for PSTN service. Now, from its Control Hub customers can reach directly to Certified Calling Providers such as Telefónica Global Solutions for their PSTN access.
From the Webex Control Hub, organisations can select the carrier and country of their choice. From there, they can seamlessly activate numbers from your Certified Calling Provider of choice, in this case, Telefónica Global Solutions and provision your numbers right away.
